Baths, boiling, circular, aluminium, electrically heated. All heated circular and rectangular baths have an integral constant level device and are supplied with a lid comprising of a set of rings to suit a variety of round bottom vessels with different diameters. The steam produced provides an effective source of heat for samples that may be otherwise thermally damaged by a naked flame. They are fitted with a 1000 watt sheathed immersion element with an overheat , self-resetting protection device. These baths are suitable for 220 – 240V, 50 – 60Hz operation. An energy regulator, available as an accessory, may be used to control between simmering and vigorous boiling.
